The hotel is conveniently located close to several good food spots and a subway station. The staff is friendly and some can speak a little English. The hotel also provides bottled water and has a stylish decor. I felt safe with the security at the front, and the shuttle bus service was free.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was very convenient for exploring the area. We really enjoyed having access to a gym and pool during our stay. The street filled with restaurants and cafes nearby was a real highlight, and made it easy to find a good meal or cup of coffee.

Our Christmas stay at the hotel was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. There wasn't much variety and the quality of the food was not great.

Spacious, modern and well-lit rooms with a great view! The staff was very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. The location was perfect, close to public transport and lots of restaurants. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was delicious!

I didn't like the fact that there were no utensils in the kitchen. Also, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Despite that, my stay was a great experience and I would definitely come back again next New Year's Eve!

The location left much to be desired, being quite a distance from any metro station. However, we were glad to discover some shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the bed was quite comfortable. Although the breakfast options were quite limited, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The TV channels were quite limited and the WiFi wasn't very reliable.

The shops and commercial services on-site were a great bonus. We were impressed with the package/parcel services, laundry facilities, and the availability of a doctor on call. The shoe shine service was a nice touch, and the shuttle service made exploring the area hassle-free. The welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance added a personal touch to our stay. The room itself was well-appointed, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and balcony added to our comfort. We also appreciated the turndown service and the option to relax on the terrace.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends for their future visits.
